Acupuncture at Stillpoint Therapeutics is offered in partnership with independent, Ohio-licensed practitioners who work on-site in our Hudson clinic. Fine, sterile needles are placed at specific points to support circulation, ease pain and tension, and help the body find its own stillpoint—the moment when strained tissue can release and begin to heal. Whether you are addressing chronic pain, stress, digestive issues, women’s health concerns, or simply want a more balanced nervous system, acupuncture complements our clinical massage and rehabilitative therapies. Sessions are provided by Kathleen Maple, L.Ac. of Balanced Healing and Shametra Rozzel, L.Ac. of Threading Qi Acupuncture.

Kathleen Maple, LAc
Kathleen is a 2011 graduate of The American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. She has a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Diplomat status from The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and licensed by The State of Ohio Medical Board. She is certified in Contemporary Cupping Therapy from the International Cupping Therapy Association (ICTA) and trained in Gua Sha, Auricular Therapy and Electro-Acupuncture.

Shametra Rozzel
Shametra graduated from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Long Island, New York. Through intensive training with a traditional lens on Acupuncture, she earned a B.P.S. in Health Sciences and a Master’s in Acupuncture. She is a certified Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed by the Ohio Medical Board. Dedicated to helping individuals restore balance and strengthen their mind-body connection. She integrates Acupuncture, Cupping, Auricular Therapy, Gua Sha, and Electro-Acupuncture in her practice with a special focus on women’s health, including stress, anxiety, menstrual disorders, fertility, and hormonal balance.
